Chef Zakaria, an Aswani, Egyptian loved to cook ever since he was a teenager. 1995 was when he started his career in the restaurant industry in Egypt. When he arrived in the United States he enhanced his cooking skills even further. Chef Zakaria has 14 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He worked in places such as Lebanese Taverna & Pita House. He loves the smile on his customers faces when they enjoy the food he makes. He decided to cater to his customers personally and for group settings this year. Thus, Falafel w'Bas was born!
